Susan Branscome spent her 40-year career in commercial real estate, including founding her own commercial mortgage banking company. Her strong business acumen is a valuable asset to the Food Addiction Institute board.

In addition to her work in real estate, Susan has expanded into podcasting. She is the host and creator of LeadingShe, a podcast dedicated to empowering women in leadership by sharing insights and experiences from women across various fields.

Since 2022, she has been interviewing professionals and recovering food addicts on Food Addiction: The Problem and the Solution, a production of the INFACT School, which has surpassed 50,000 downloads.

Susan has been in 12-Step recovery for 12 years and has maintained abstinence from sugar and excess portions since 2017. She is passionate about raising awareness of Food Addiction as a disease that has a solution.
