Becoming Fiercely Free | Food Addiction Nutrition

As a functional medicine nutritionist and Food Addiction Coach, I help individuals create the food addiction recovery they’ve been craving through a compassionate, trauma-informed approach. I emphasize whole-food, plant-rich meal plans that address cravings, support abstinence from binge and trigger foods, and promote optimal health. My work integrates mindfulness and nervous system regulation techniques to help clients shift out of survival mode and into a state of safety and connection, establishing a solid foundation for lasting change.

I’m dedicated to partnering with the Twelve-Step recovery model, collaborating with sponsors and clients to complement their recovery journey. I also serve as a safe place to land for those who may feel hesitant to surrender their food plan to a sponsor due to underlying health conditions, offering guidance, structure, and personalized support. I specialize in coaching women who have lost their cycles due to rapid weight loss, experience cyclical cravings or relapse caused by hormonal shifts and mood swings, or are breastfeeding or pregnant. My services include meal plan consultations, one-on-one coaching, and food journal reviews, all designed to provide accountability and expert feedback.
